I don't think you're allowed to have those images from sonic brawl or Silver (fake or not), they were not stock images, royalty free, nor have you made them from scratch using 3-D program.
People may get mad if they see this Maybe you should take them down and post your own art from now on. If you want to link them to the images, I suggest you post journals about them and link them to the original source. Otherwise you'll be looking toward a ban
